With a maximum group size of people\, book early to avoid disappointment! \nThis “bit of everything” tour – perfect for visitors wanting to experience the real Guernsey – starts from the Albert Pier (near the Pier 17 Restaurant and cruise tender point) at 10.30am on weekdays (9.45am at weekends). There is also a pick-up from the Ferry Terminal for Islands Unlimited passengers at 10am. Let them know at the time of booking and they will make arrangements with you. \nAbout the tour \nThe tour will head up through Hauteville (passing Victor Hugo’s house) before delving deep into the countryside as you slowly criss-cross the island to the west coast. SUMMARY:Guernsey Walking Tours
DESCRIPTION:Guernsey Walking Tours was formed in 2017 by principle guide Keith Pengelley. \nKeith says “Guernsey’s wonderful mix of beautiful landscape and centuries of recorded history is just too good not to show people – I’m immensely proud of the island of my birth and heritage” \nTour length: approximately 2 hours. \nLocation: Various as depends on tour of the day. \nCost: £10 per adult with a minimum of 5 people per group. Children under 12 are free (one per paid adult). \nRequirements: Always dress for the weather. Sturdy and waterproof footwear a must.
